JAMMU, Jan 27: Vacation Judge of State High Court, Justice B S Walia has directed Deputy Commissioner Jammu and SSP Jammu that the position as existing at site as on date in respect of retaining wall/ protection wall of nallah in Khasra No 282 at village Pargalta shall be maintained till further orders.
The direction was passed in a writ petition filed by residents of the area through Advocates A K Sawhney, Aseem Sawhney, Neeraj Singh and Mohd Akram.
After hearing the arguments of the counsels for the petitioners, Justice B S Walia issued notice of motion and in the meantime directed the DC Jammu and SSP Jammu to ensure that the position as existing at site as on date in respect of retaining wall/ protection wall of nallah in Khasra No. 282 at village Pargalta shall be mainatined till further orders.
