JAMMU, Jan 27: The Central Government has cleared the foreign training of Nitish Kumar, an IPS officer of 1999 batch of Jammu and Kashmir cadre, presently posted as DIG South Kashmir Range, Anantnag.
He will attend second module of two years Masters Course in Anti-Corruption Studies at International Anti-Corruption Academy (IACA) at Vienna, Austria with effect from February 8, 2016 to February 19,2016.
Meanwhile, the State Government has ordered that Ghulam Hassan Bhat, DIG Central Kashmir Range, Srinagar, will hold additional charge of the post of DIG South Kashmir Range, Anantnag till Kumar remains on foreign training.
