JAMMU: India and China Committed to enhance cordial relations and peace along the Line of Actual Control during a ceremonial Border Personnel Meeting held today in Chushul Sector of Ladakh region.

A ceremonial Border personnel meeting on the occasion of the “Chinese Spring Festival” was conducted at Chinese Border Personnel Meeting huts in Chushul and DBO sectors of Eastern Ladakh.

“The delegation parted amidst feeling of friendship and commitment towards enhancing the existing cordial relations and maintaining peace along the LAC,” Col S D Goswami, Northern Command based defence spokesperson, Ministry of Defence here said.

He said at Chushul, the delegations were led by Brigadier RS Raman and Senior Colonel Qian Youu Wu while at the DBO, the delegations were led by Colonel BS Uppal and Lieutenant Colonel Duan Yugang. (AGENCIES)
