Khatana demands help for victims of fire incident

JAMMU, Feb 9: Choudhary Nazakat Khatana, State President  Gujjar and Bakerwal has expressing his sympathy with those whose Kullahs were gutted in a fire incident at Bantalab Thathar, Jammu.
Expressing his sympathy, during the press conference, Khatana  said that these Gujjar families whose kullahs were gutted, very needy people and are waiting for the aid and help from the Government and other organizations including Red Cross. He further said that no Government official or other team has visited the spot. These people being poor and nomadic are being ignored.
He has also appealed Vice Chairman, Gujjar Bakerwal Advisory Board for immediate help and has requested Pawan Kotwal, Divisional Commissioner Jammu and   Governor N N Vohra  to visit the spot and help these poor and needy families by providing them financial support.
Others present in the press conference included Ch Ab Hamid, Wali Khan, Molvi Ali Hussain, Ch Sajjad Ahmed, Ch Rashid Pallachu, Abbass Ahmed, Mohd Shafi Chechi (Board member) and others.
