Excelsior Correspondent
JAMMU, Feb 9:  Former Minister of State and PCC general secretary Dr Manohar Lal  Sharma has strongly criticised the present coalition and described it  as the most un-precedent and doubtful phase in the history of J&K.
While addressing party workers of Kandi belt at Dayala Chak today,  Dr Sharma  alleged that previous PDP-BJP Govt has failed on all the fronts.  He said during the time of UPA Govt,  BJP and its  Central  leadership always   cursed the Congress for MG-NREGA  and termed it  as the wasteful expenditure. The  BJP after framing  government in the Center stopped the funding of MNREGA but now they are praising the scheme after the world bank described the scheme as the most successful.
The Congress leader alleged that BJP and PDP are only responsible for the present constitutional crisis in the State for which the common man is suffering badly. Both the parties have different political ideology and agenda as well but both have come together with a agenda of alliance before formation of Government eleven months earlier. It is a matter of great concern that both parties, even after in Government for ten month hesitating to form government which is a treachery with the mandate given by the peoples of J&K.
Dr Sharma further said a  confusion is prevailing over the State and administration is seems to be helpless. The problems of general public are further aggravating due to the failure of water supply schemes, total power failure, non supply of ration and increase in the liabilities in different sectors. He said that at the time of parliament election PM Modi promised to the  unemployed  youth of the country that 5 crore posts will be created per year and in the five years 25 crore posts will be provided to the unemployed youth but that promise proved hollow. Now even the ReT teachers and others are being thrown.
