JAMMU, Feb 12: The inhabitants of Bhatindi area of winter capital observed complete bandh over the anti-encroachment drive.
Large number of people assembled in the main chowk at Bhatindi and raised slogans in favour of their demands. The protestors demanded enquiry into whole matter.
They warned to intensify their protest if the administration failed to sort out the issue within week’s time.
After getting information, SP South Shaazad Salaria rushed to the spot and assured the protestors of partial enquiry into the matter.
On the assurance, the protestors dispersed.
