BASHOLI, Sept 9: ReT Teachers Association in a meeting here today urged the Government to redress their long pending genuine demands.
As per a release, the meeting which was chaired by its president Jatinder Singh Billowria. The meeting demanded regularization of EVs as general line teachers who have completed their seven years service in March 2010, inclusion of five years service rendered by ReTs for seniority benefits, implementation of Government order No 115 of 29-02-2008 for old pension scheme in favour of ReTs engaged before 1-1-2010 implementation of Government Order for enhancement of wages of ReTs as announced in the Assembly Session, transfer policy in favour of regularised ReT teachers and provision of SRO 43 in favour of ReTs and EVs.
Moreover, the meeting warned that in case the demands were not settled the ReTs will launch agitation.
