JAMMU: At least five labourers were killed and 10 others injured when a tipper they were travelling in skidded off the road and plunged into a nullah in Ramban district.
“A tipper carrying labourers on way from Sherbibi to Digdol this evening fell into a nullah in Banihal area of Ramban,” police here said.
They said police and locals rushed to the spot and started the rescue operation. Five labourers were killed while 10 injured out of which four were critical and they have been referred to the Soura Hospital in Srinagar. (AGENCIES)
