JAMMU, Feb 15: A fire erupted in the finance company office at City Chowk this evening.
As per police sources, fire broke out in the office of Monika Finance Company owned by Raghubir Gupta at City Chowk this evening.
After getting information, a team from city police station led by SHO Inspector Shakti Sharma rushed to the spot and informed the Department of Fire and Emergency Services.
The fire fighters along with fire tenders reached the spot and after hectic efforts, the fire was brought under control.
No injury or casualty has been reported in the incident, while the records and furniture got gutted in fire.
A case in this regard has been registered at City police station and investigation started to ascertain the reason behind the fire.
