Bhim Singh accuses NC of anti-Dogra bias

JAMMU, Sept 10: National Panthers Party supreme Prof Bhim Singh today accused National Conference and the Kashmir leadership of their alleged anti-Dogra bias and anti-Delimination stand in J&K.
n a press statement issued here today, Prof Singh warned the NC and the Kashmiri leadership on their highly prejudiced, anti-people and undemocratic stand on the process of Delimitation in the J&K state. He accused NC of its anti-Dogra bias and alleged that it was the same party and its people who raised the shameful slogans against Dogras “Quit Kashmir”.
The NPP leader further alleged that this was NC and the Congress leadership in the Valley which abetted in the process of keeping Jammu Pradesh divided. “This was Nehru-Sheikh alliance which did not allow the Indian army to liberate POK and Gilgit-Baltistan when the Indian troops were advancing in the occupied areas in 1947-48. They are responsible for fall of Gilgit- Baltistan and Mirpur-Muzaffrabad which were annexed by Pakistani forces much after the State had acceded to the Union of India.
Prof Singh called on the legislators of Jammu region to take up the Delimitation issue in the Assembly Session in Srinagar. He said Delimitation of J&K is the basic, political and constitutional right of the people of this State to undo the existing discrimination just to keep the Kashmir valley on the throne of the State. He asked the Legislators to justify why there is no Delimitation of Assembly and Lok Sabha Constituencies? Why Kashmir has 46 MLAs and Jammu Pradesh with double the area and population equal to the Valley has only 37 MLAs?
