JAMMU, Feb 19: ‘Prabhat Pheries’ concluding ceremony was organized by Shri Guru Ravi Dass Sabha, Bahu Fort in the premises of the Sabha Temple, here today.
Shri Shri 108 Swami Gurdeep Giri Ji Maharaj delivered spiritual sermons on this occasion.
Raman Bhalla, former Minister was the chief guest on the occasion.
While paying tributes to Guru Ji, Mr Bhalla threw light on his life and mission and stressed upon the gathering to follow teaching of Guru Ji. He said that he is ever ready to work for the upliftment of Dalit Samaj.
Thousands of devotees from all walks of life participated in the function, which included presidents of various Guru Ravi Dass Sabhas of the region.
While paying tributes to the Guru Ji, Dr Vijay Shivgotra, president of Sabha said that we should follow the teachings of Guru Ji, while Vijay Lochan, Ex-president All J&K Shri Guru Ravi Dass Sabha also spoke on the occasion.
Sham Lal Basson, general secretary of the Sabha, CL Banal, Dr DD Shivgotra and ML Banalia were also present on the occasion.
