JAMMU, Feb 19: The J&K Commercial Taxes employees’ deputation met the Commissioner/ Secretary Finance Navin K Choudhary in his office Chamber here and apprised him of their issues.
The deputation under the banner of J&K Commercial Taxes Non-Gazetted Employees Association, led by its president Nazir Ahmed Bhat along with provincial head, Parvez Ahmed Dar during meeting with the Commissioner on Thursday, projected their long pending issues and sought their early resolution.
The major demands included two and half days extra salary, removal of pay anomalies of executive and ministerial cadre, up-gradation of posts Audit Supervisor, Stamp Supervisor and Reader, creation of posts of Section Officers with the Dy Commissioners of CT Department, issuance of final seniority list of sub inspectors and ministerial staff pending since long and conducting Secretariat training course for Senior Assistants in one go. Mr Choudhary listened patiently and assured them to resolve their genuine issues on priority.
