JAMMU, Feb 20: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) in coordination with Unison Cultural Troupe, Sangam Tru Art production and ESRM celebrated 639th Guru Ravi Dass Jayanti and presented musical play ‘Kathoti Main Ganga’ at open Air Theatre, Durga Bhawan, Janipur, Jammu.
The musical play was written, produced and directed by ML Dogra, former Regional Director, Song and Drama Division, Union I&B Ministry. The music was composed by Raju Bajgal.
The play commenced with song ‘Tum Chandan Main Pani’ and ‘Hari Migi Paduka Nbanai Liya Oh’ sung by renowned artists —Usha Handoo, Raju Bajgal, Hem Raj and KK Joshi.
The singers, musicians and actors who performed in the play were Usha Handoo, KK Joshi, Rajni Gupta, Hem Raj, Raju Bajgal, Sunil Kumar, Rakshit Sharma, Ashwani, Renu Saproo, Vandana Gupta, Parul Sharma, Nitin Sharma, Arnav Chib, Bhuvan Pandit, Darsh Kachroo, Dhruv Pandit, Bhumika Chib, Ayush Bhat, Mohd Afroz and programe coordinator, Deepak Kumar.
