LPG subsidy

Sir,
The decision of the Central Government not to give LPG subsidy to families whose income is more than 10 lakh per annum is a welcome step.
It is requested that a family  having more than this income should be declared as ‘creamy layer’, and not entitled to subsidy benefits in other areas: the education, CAPD, agriculture etc.
Side by side a provision should also be kept in this that after every five year this financial ceilings shall be reviewed and it shall be fixed as per the status of the consumer price index by way of fixing it as basis. This ceiling should be made a very basis of creamy layer in the society irrespective of caste and creed.
Yours etc….
