BANGALORE, Sept 10: IT major Infosys today announced acquisition of Lodestone, a leading management consultancy firm.
Infosys has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Zurich Headquartered Lodestone Holding AG, according to a release here.
Lodestone advises international companies on strategy and process optimisation and provides SAP enabled business transformation solutions. (UNI)
