KATHUA, Feb 27: One day convention of Jammu Kashmir Basic Health Employees Association of district Kathua was held here today for highlighting the genuine demands of the employees.
On the occasion. District Kathua unit of Basic Health Employees Association was reconstituted with Sohan Lal as president, Parveen Kumar as general secretary, Narinder Tadia as office secretary and Vijay Kumar as cashier.
The convention was held under the presidium of Vinod Kumar Sharma general secretary, along with Rakesh Hangloo, Uttam Chand and Janak Raj, who highlighted the demands like enhancement of fixed travelling allowance, issuance of Druggist and Chemist license in favour of Basic Health employees after retirement and promotion in the Basic Health Scheme.
