TAIPEI, Sept 11: Taiwan stocks ended flat on Tuesday, with Apple’s main supplier Hon Hai Precision Industry rising nearly 2 percent after it posted a year-on-year gain in August sales.
The main TAIEX index inched up 2.39 points to 7,485.13, hovering at an over two-week closing high.
Electronics stocks added 0.4 percent while construction shares shed 1.5 percent.
The Taiwan dollar firmed slightly to trade at T$29.700. (agencies)
