KISHTWAR, Sept 11: Four day free eye screening and surgical camp organized by KLSM Rotary Eye and ENT Hospital Udhampur, Rotary Club, Udhampur and NHPC Limited, Dulhasti Power Station Kishtwar, concluded.
During the camp, IOL were implanted to blind and semi blind poor people at PHC Chatroo.
The camp was concluded by Om Parkash, senior manager, HR in presence of DN Sharma, Chairman, Rotary Eye and ENT Hospital, Udhampur, VS Raja, senior Vice Chairman, Pritam Kotwal, Director Blindness Prevention, Dr Mohd Yaqub BMO Chatroo, Dr Dheeraj Sharma, senior Medical Officer NHPC Limited, Dulhasti Power Station Kishtwar and other staff of NHPC and Rotary Eye Hospital, Udhampur.
DN Sharma, Chairman, Rotary Eye Hospital, Udhampur, said that the next camp will be organized at Sher-e-Kashmir Emergency Hospital Batote from October 1 to 4.
