JAMMU, Mar 3: Miran Sahib police arrested a person for eve-teasing a girl in Phinder area.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a family hailing from Phinder with police station Miran Sahib stating that Kamal Kumar, son of Madan Lal, a resident of Phinder eve-teased their daughter.
Acting over the complaint a case under FIR Number 37/16 under Section 294, 341 and 323 RPC was registered and the person has been arrested.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
