JAMMU, Mar 3: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) chief Mehbooba Mufti today held meeting with her party legislators here.
Soon after her arrival here, Mehbooba held meetings with several MLAs and MLCs of the party including several former Ministers.
“This meeting had nothing to do with the Government formation, it was aimed at discussing about the membership drive of the party”, former Minister and MLA Darhal, Zulfiqar Ali said.
The other legislators of the party who attended the closed door meeting with the party president were – Choudhary Qamar Hussain, Mohammed Yousuf, Aijaz Ahmed Mir, Syed Mushtaq Shah, Rahim Rather, Yawar Dilawar Mir and former Minister and MLC Naeem Akhtar.
