JAMMU, Mar 4: Two persons were injured today in separate road accidents in Jammu district.
According to a police spokesman, a man identified as Jagdish Raj (57) son of Krishan Lal, a resident of Akhnoor, got his both legs fractured when an unknown vehicle hit the scooty on which he was travelling, at Aknoor.
Meanwhile, an elderly man identified as Niamatullah (70) son of SM Shoaib, a resident of Paloura, received injuries when two bikes collided at Top Sherkhanian area of city outskirts.
Both the injured were shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu for treatment. In both cases, the concerned police had taken cognizance.
