JAMMU, Mar 5: Police arrested four persons along with Rs 3,110 stake money and playing cards from Dhinday Kalan area, falling under the jurisdiction of Miran Sahib police station.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Miran Sahib police station conducted raid in Dhinday Kalan area and arrested four persons along with Rs 3,110 stake money and playing cards.
The accused have been identified as Naresh Kumar, son of Dharampaul and Jaipal, son of Mela Ram, both residents of Makhanpur Gujran, Gulshan Kumar, son of Babu Ram of Tutrey and Kishore Kumar, son of Madan Lal of Simbal Morh.
A case in this regard has been registered at Miran Sahib police station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Miran Sahib police station SI Hilal Azhar made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Harjeet Singh, SP Headquarters RC Kotwal and SSP Jammu Uttam Chand.
