JAMMU, Mar 5: A deputation of Durga Nagar Welfare Committee led by Roshan Lal Raina its president called on Municipal Commissioner here.
The deputation highlighted the problems of the area and demanded providing of auto to Ward No 64 for lifting the garbage from small lanes and providing of daily base vehicle for lifting of garbage from other area.
It also demanded that 20 sweepers be deployed in the ward for maintaining cleanliness and work on construction of lanes and drains be taken up in hand besides coverage of the drains.
The delegation also met the Executive Engineer, PHE and demanded that the leakages be plugged in the area.
