JAMMU, Mar 5: A victim of road accident succumbed to his injuries here at Government Medical College and Hospital, late last night.
According to a police spokesperson, the man identified as Kartar Chand (85) son of Bal Ram, a resident of Kutta (Kathua), was shifted here at GMCH last evening after he received serious injuries in a road mishap at Kutta.
However, the man succumbed to his injuries late night. After completing all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was today handed over to his legal heirs for last rites.
The concerned police has already taken cognizance of the matter.
