UDHAMPUR, Mar 8: Eight CRPF jawans were injured when their vehicle collided with a truck on the National Highway, near Samroli, here today.
The CRPF vehicle was coming from Srinagar to Jammu carrying the Jawans of 116 CRPF Battalion, when it was hit the truck, around 16 Kilometer away from Udhampur town.
The injured were rushed to District Hospital Udhampur and they were identified as
Mukseh Vishwash (50), son of Lt Sheku Lal, Dilbag Singh (46), son of Manga Ram, Mohd Shakoor (24), son of Said Wah, Shabir Ahmed Mir (32), son of Mohd Sultan Mir, Ram Avtar (48), son of Chaturi Lal, Banarsi Dass (26), son of Prithipal, Mohd Anwar (40), son of Shami Wah and Feroz Malik (26), son of Gulam Nabi Malik.
