Sir,
The J&K School Education Administrative Department issued a letter addressed to DSEJ/DSEK bearing No. Edu/Regularization/4933/2015 dt 08-05-2015 regarding the regularization of I/c Jt Directors, CEO(s), Principals, Lecturers, headmasters and equivalent as decided in a meeing held under the chairmanship of Commissioner/Secretary to Govt J&K School Education Department in his offices chamber on 07-05-2015 as per the aforesaid letter and all the CEO(s) and DSEJ/DSEK were directed to furnish the list of all the above mentioned I/c officers in a consolidated form as per proforma (format) devised for this purpose with the direction to submit the consolidated list of the I/c officers in question within a stipulated period of (10) days i.e by or before May 18, 2015 positively.
But, now ten(10) months have lapsed and not a single regularization order has been issued till today for the reason best known to the concerned authorities though this matter stands brought to the kind notice of the Commr/Secy to Govt J&K School Education Department by the undersigned through print media twice so far but no action has been taken.
It is submitted that most of these employees are at the verge of their retirement – superannuation and all of them want/wish to see their regularization order(s) before their retirement.
Therefore, any way whatever is the reason-barrier behind the regularization process, it is most humbly requested once again to the Commissioner/Secretary to Govt J&K School Education Department to kindly expdite the process of regularization of all the I/c officers of J&K School Education Department at an earliest in the best interest of these employees and the J&K School Education Department as a whole.
