Padder students call on Randhir Singh

JAMMU, Mar 12: A delegation of students from Padder, led by Sanjay Rana, president of Nationalist Student Congress,   called on former Minister and NCP State president Thakur Randhir Singh for discussing the problems of the students belonging to far flung areas of the State, particularly Paddar.
The delegation demanded up gradation of Girls Middle School Garh, electricity supply to Garh, Kukandra, Pallali, Hakoo, Chishoti, Machial and many more villages in Padder tehsil, J&K Bank branch in Paddar and agriculture loans to the farmers in the area.
Thakur Randhir Singh, after discussion with the students, appealed to the Governor N N Vohra to recommend, Government of India for developing Paddar as a tourist destination by connecting it with road and Railways from Udhampur.
