JAMMU, Mar 18: State Motor Garages Drivers and Workers’ Union (SMGDWU) today announced its new office bearers for a period of two years.
The nominated members of general working body of the union are Anil Kumar Gupta as senior vice-president, Suresh Kumar as chief advisor, Sikander Khan as advisor, Gurmeet Singh as general secretary, Ranjeev Kumar Gupta as cashier, Pintoo Rajesh Raina as publicity secretary, Ashok Kumar as media secretary, Sudesh Sharma as secretary and Narinder Singh as information secretary.
Rashpaul was nominated as vice president of working body for Darbar move while Nizam-ul-Rehman was elected as advisor, Kuldeep Sharma as cashier, Sandeep Singh as office secretary and Rakesh Sharma as publicity secretary.
The working body for workshop Jammu and darbar move was also constituted, which include Mulkh Raj as vice president, Kuldeep Raj as advisor, Abdul Qadir as spokesperson and Shahid Hussain as secretary.
The union decided that the nomination for the post of chairman will be announced shortly.
