BARAMULLA, Mar 21: Senior BJP leader, Mohammad Anwar Khan, today visited the landslide hit areas of Baramulla including Latifabad, Rajpora, Laridora, Wahiduna and took stock of situation.
Khan interacted with the inhabitants of these areas and expressed deep concern over the loss of property due to landslides and erosion of earth.
On the occasion, he also distributed eatables, tents, solar lights, and other essential things among the affected families.
The BJP leader appealed the district administration and Governor NN Vohra to identify some safe land around the landslide affected areas and rehabilitate the victim families.
