AAP, others remember martyrs; unveil statue of Bhagat Singh

JAMMU, Mar 22: Aam Aadmi Paty (AAP), Jammu and Kashmir remembered the martyrs Bhagat Singh, Sukhdev and Rajguru, the great revolutionaries, freedom fighters and the heroes of young generation, who were hanged on March 23, 1931 in Lahore Jail.
AAP with the support of Shaheed-e-Azazm Bhagat Singh foundation, Freedom Fighter Association, Desh Bhagat Yaadgar Committee, NGOs and many social organization and President Jewel Bazaar Association unveiled the statue of Shaheed-e-Azam Bhagat Singh at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Chowk, Vinayk Bazaar.
The volunteers of the party said that keeping in view the sacrifice of these legends, Governor should immediately direct the concerned department to identify a vast Chowk for installation of statues of these legends.
Talha Khan Observer AAP J&K, Sukhdev Singh Chairman Desh Bhagat Yadgar Committee, President Shaheed-e-Aazam Bhagat Singh Foundation, Ved Gandotra President Freedom Fighter association, Om Prakeash, Gursevak Singh and Sukhdev Singh spoke on the occasion and paid tributes to the martyrs.
Among others present were Harpreet Singh, Ravinder Singh, Gagandeep Singh, Parvinder Singh, Pardeep Singh, Sham Lal, Rani Devi, Pardeep Singh, Jagit Singh, Altaf, Janmeet Singh, etc.
