JAMMU, Mar 24: A large procession was taken out by the residents of Ghas Mandi and Rajinder Bazaar against the supply of wheat instead of Atta by the CAPD in ration depots.
The people were agitating against the supply of wheat grains instead of flour. They said earlier Atta was being provided at the ration depots but it has now been replaced by wheat. They claimed that due to non-availability of ‘Atta Chakis’ in the city areas, the people will face lot of problems with the supply of wheat.
They raised slogans against the State Administration and CAPD Department. After staging protest for some time, they dispersed.
