YCET holds two day workshop on Android Technology

JAMMU, Mar 25: Yogananda College of Engineering & Technology (YCET), in collaboration with E-Cell of IIT Kanpur and CISCO Labs, organized a two day Workshop on ‘Android Technology & its Applications’ for the students of Computer Science Engg, and Information Technology.
The aim of the event was to create awareness among budding engineers towards Android Technology and its applications being vastly used in the state of the art emerging technologies. It also aimed to provide prerequisite training to the participating students. Faculty members, staff and all the YCET students of CSE IV & VI SEM, IT IV SEM  participated in the  gala event which was organized by SWAT Club, Department of Computer Science Engg, and Information Technology under the supervision of Er. Rhea Mahajan, COD, CSE and Er. Robin Kumar, COD, IT.
The resource person for the workshop was Er. Shikhar Dubey from CISCO, an internationally acclaimed US based Multinational Company.
Er Rhea Mahajan,COD,CSE, lauded the efforts of faculty members Er. Anupreet,  Er. Abdul, Er Megha, Er. Akansha for their unflinching support and dedicated efforts in giving shape to the Workshop.
Er. B. R. Verma,Chief Coordinator, YCET presented memento to the Resource Person Er. Shikhar Dubey. He called upon future technocrats to realize the importance of technological advancement in android application, and also its management.
