JAMMU, Mar 26: Besides affecting transfers, postings of 5 KAS officers and adjustment of 140 Junior Scale KAS officers of 2012 batch, the State Government today ordered that Dheeraj Gupta, Commissioner/ Secretary PDD and Shah Faesal, Director, School Education, Kashmir, shall hold additional charge of MD PDC and Vice-Chairman LAWDA, respectively.
Consequent upon the deputation of Kifayat Hussain Rizvi, Managing Director, J&K State Power Development Corporation and Sarmad Hafeez, Vice-Chairman, J&K Lakes and Waterways Development Authority to Hyderabad for IAS Induction Training Programme, Dheeraj Gupta, Commissioner/ Secretary PDD shall hold the charge of the post of MD PDC in addition to his own duties while Shah Faesal, Director, School Education, Kashmir, shall hold the additional charge of the post of Vice Chairman, LAWDA, says a Government order in this regard.
According to another order, the Government today ordered transfer and postings of five KAS officers with immediate effect.
Bashir Ahmad Bhat, Director Finance and Ex-officio, Special Secretary Finance Department, has been transferred and posted as Registrar, Cooperative Societies J&K, vice Mushtaq Ahmad Shah, who was transferred and posted as Director CAPD, Kashmir.
Zubair Ahmad, Member J&K Service Selection Board, under orders of transfer as Director CAPD Kashmir, shall continue in his present place of posting while Mohammad Saleem Shisghar, Special Secretary Social Welfare Department, has been transferred and posted as director Finance and ex-officio Special Secretary, Finance Department.
Khalid Jehangir, Secretary to the Leader of the Opposition, Rajya Sabha, under orders of transfer as Deputy Labour Commissioner, New Delhi, was now posted Additional Secretary, Home Department.
Meanwhile, the Government also ordered placement of services of 140 Junior Scale KAS officers at the disposal of different departments.
Services of Shafiq Ahmad Wani, Javaid Ahmad Malik, Ashwani Hansa, Iqbal Hussain Mir, Jigmet Raftan, Azghar Amin Zargar, Saima Sharief Khan and Ashu Kumari have been placed at the disposal of Revenue Department while services of Irfan Ali Khan and Arshad Hussain Ganai have been placed at the disposal of GAD (Secretariat).
Similarly, services of Nazir Ahmad Bhat, Ch Mohd Nawaz and Jaliel Ahmad Mir have been placed at the disposal of Finance Department while the services of Sheikh Enayattullah, Imtiaz, Abdul Majeed Rather and Suhayb Ahmad Wani have been placed at the disposal of Rural Development Department.
Services of Samrinder Singh and Deep Novel Kour have been placed at the disposal of Industries and Commerce Department as Project Manager while services of Mohd Imran Naik and Sheikh Salahu-ud-Din have been placed at the disposal of Information Department and the Hospitality & Protocol department, respectively. Services of Mudasir and Naveed Hussain Badroo have been placed at the disposal of Cooperative Department.
Similarly, Junior Scale KAS officers of 2012 batch (II), whose services have been placed at the disposal of Revenue Department, include; Mohit Raina, Kanchan Bala, Pooja Rasgotra, Anissa Nabi, Mohd Raiyaz, Angel Kotwal, Shalini Raina, Kewal Krishan Sharma, Kritika Raina, Mamta Rajput, Surbhi Raina, , Arshi Rasooi, Zeba Suleman, Shafqet Ali, Neha Bakshi, Tahira Tabasum, Sanam Mansoor, Abdul Radhid Raina, Bilal Ahmad Mir, Mohammad Yousf Ganai, Mudasir Ahmad, Padma Angmo, Tabish Saleem and Indu Sakshi.
Services of Saniya Malik, Aamir Ayaiz Rather, Rajni Bala, Irfan Manzoor, Murtaza Rashid, Kavita Pandoh, Daljeet Singh, Joni Kumar and Sheetal Kumar Sharma have been placed at the disposal of General Administration Department.
Services of Sourabh Sharma, Meenakshi Jasrotia, Anuradha, Sania Haq Khan, Snober Jameel, Raman Sharma and Pankaj Sasan have been placed at the disposal of Finance Department while the services of Sandeep Kumar, Sandeep Dubey, , Mirza Mumtaz Iqbal, Arjumand Yaqoob, Vikram Kumar, Abdi Hussain, Malvika Sharma, Javid Ahmad sheikh, Bilal Ahmad Najar, Shruti Bhardwaj, Tariq Ahmad, Surinder Singh, Ravi Shanker, Zeeshan Tahir, Shohab Latief, Syed Namaz Nahin Tabasam Shah, Ravdeep Kour, Punica and Irshad Ahmed Sheikh have been placed at the disposal of Rural Development Department while services of Om Parkash and Javaid Iqbal have been placed at the disposal of CAPD Department.
Services of Roof Iqbal, Bilal Ahmad, Sunil Sharma, Umer Gulzar, Yasir Arafat Choudhary, Sufiya Abdullah, Kawaljit Singh Bali, Amit Singh Manhas, Sugandhi Banotra, Zuber Ahmad Bhat, Tahir Ahmad Magray and Syed Farhana Asgar have been placed at the disposal of Industries and Commerce Department.
Services of Ajay Sharma, Mukesh Thappa, Mohd Ashraf Choudhary, Nitin Verma, Auqil Nuvaid, Showkat Hussain Ganai, Rehana Tabassam, Jahangir Akhone, Parul Khajuria, Mohd Ashraf Wani, Narinder Kumar, Muzzam Ali, Vipan Bhagat and Ranjeet Singh have been placed at the disposal of Social Welfare Department.
Services of Esha Chib, Mohammad Zubair Lattoo, Delex Namgyal, Priya Lakshmi, Mohd Azhar Lone, Wakeel Ahmad Batt, Sana Khan and Mohammad Shafait have been placed at the disposal of Information Department.
Services of Indu Jamwal, Asiya Nazir, Zubair Ahmed Lone Dhobi, Rashi Dutta, and Abdul Raheem have been placed at the disposal of Transport Department while services of Nisar Ahmad Wani and deep Kumar have been placed at the disposal of Labour Department.
Services of Preeti Sharma, Farukh Nasir Paul, Mohd Taqi, Muneeb Umar, Bhumika Sharma and Parveez Ahmad Bhat have been placed at the disposal of Employment Department while services of Tariq Ahmad Sheikh, Anoop Kumar, Naresh Kumar, Waqar Talib and Ashima Iqbal have been placed at the disposal of Cooperative Department.
Services of Akanksha Kalsotra and Anil Kumar have been placed at the disposal of Hospitality & Protocol department and ARI & Training Department (Stationery & Office Supplies), respectively.
