JAMMU, Mar 28: Gearing up the party workers for upcoming elections to Jammu Municipal Corporation and other Urban Local Bodies (ULB), National Conference (NC) district president, Urban Jammu, Dharamveer Singh Jamwal today said that the people are eagerly waiting for isolating the deceptive forces which bartered the mandate given during parliamentary and assembly elections for lust of power.
“BJP had created hype during the 2014 elections but when coming to power by compromising their fundamentals they proved that they could be good agitators and bad administrators”, Jamwal said while welcoming young activists in the party fold at a function held here.
Jamwal exuded confidence that NC will rebound back in a big way and register massive win in the democratic exercise at grass roots level at the strength of work done during the tenure of Omar Abdullah as chief minister and earlier also.
Block president, Ch Akhtar Hussain and youth vice-president, Sandeep Singh Wazir, were also present at the meeting.
