MUMBAI: Low-cost carrier Goair today announced direct daily flights to Leh from the commercial capital from April 13, making the Wadia group-promoted airline the first to offer non-stop daily flights to the northern most tip of the country from the city.
As part of the summer schedule, the airline has also announced more frequencies on the Mumbai-Patna and Mumbai-Lucknow routes effective April 17, airline chief executive Wolfgang Prock-Schauer said.
The airline said bookings on these routes are open. Launched in November 2005, Goair connects 22 destinations with over 975 weekly flights and enjoys a market share of 8.6 per cent. (AGENCIES)
