JAMMU, Apr 2: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan in close coordination with Unison Cultural Troupe, Sangam Tru Art Production and ESRM presented musical play “Netar Dan Sab Se Mahan” in its Saturday series at Open Air Theatre, Janipur.
The program was inaugurated by the chief guest, Dr Tara Singh Charak, former Deputy Director, State Health Department. The play began with songs “Mahan Wahi Zo Ek Kam Kare Neter Hin Ko Nater Dan Kare”, “Tere Naino Ki Joot Jalayuga”, “Rehne De Akhiyo Ke Ass Pass” , “Netar Dan Sab Se Mahan”.
The singers, musician and actors who performed in the play were Usha Handoo, KK Joshi, MC Kotwal, Raju Bajgal (Instrument), Sant Das (Instrument), Vijay Kumar (famous folk singer), Rajni Gupta, Hem Raj, Kamli Devi, Sunil Kumar, Deevam Jandiyal, Modh Afroz Raz, Sunny Manhas, Rajat Verma, Maitri Salaria, Shaan Khan, Parul Sharma, Nitin Sharma, Minakshi Mehta, Rakshit Sharma, Dhruv Pandit, Tilak Raj, Darsh, Renu Saproo, Shaksham Khajuria, L-Danika, Bhumika Chib, Neelam Chib and Ayush Bhat.
While speaking on the occasion, ML Dogra, chairman, BLSKS, disclosed that the Sansthan is observing ‘Prevention of Blindness Week’ from April 1 to 7 during which it will present seven programmes at different places of Jammu province to aware the masses.
