Drug peddler arrested with intoxicant capsules, charas

JAMMU, Apr 2: Domana police arrested a drug peddler along with intoxicant capsules and charas.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Domana police station raised a naka and asked a youth to stop, as he was moving under suspicious circumstances.
On seeing police cops, the person escaped from the spot. Stinking something fishy, the cops chased and nabbed the person near some distance from the naka point.
During search, police recovered 1348 intoxicant capsules and 50 grams charas from the possession of the youth and arrested him.
The accused has been identified as Naresh Singh, son of Harbans Singh of Mishriwala.
A case under FIR Number 100/16 under Section 8/20/21 narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered at police station Domana and investigation of the case is going on.
Police team led by SHO Domana Inspector Rajeshwar Singh made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO Domana Surinder Kumar Sharma and Additional SP Rural Arun Gupta.
