JAMMU, Apr 3: State Administrative Council (SAC) has ordered promotion of Mohammad Afzal Bhat, IAS officer of 2000 batch, to the Super Time Scale with effect from January 1, 2016.
Consequent upon his promotion to the Super Time Scale, Mr Bhat has been designated as Commissioner/Secretary to the Government, Revenue, Relief and Rehabilitation Department.
Meanwhile, General Administration Department has transferred Kamla Devi, Special Secretary to the Government, Cooperatives Department and posted her as Additional Commissioner in the office of the Divisional Commissioner Jammu against the available vacancy.
The sanction has also been accorded to the promotion of Vinod Kumar Malhotra and Sandeep Kumar, Senior Private Secretaries as Principal Private Secretaries with immediate effect.
