JAMMU, Apr 8: A man has been booked for assaulting and molesting a woman in Pathwar area, falling under the jurisdiction of Manwal police post.
As per police sources, a woman hailing from Pathwar area lodged a complaint with police post Manwal stating that a man namely Subash Chander, son of Munshi Ram, a resident of same area assaulted and molested her.
Acting over the complaint, a case under relevant Sections has been registered at Manwal police post and manhunt has been launched to arrest the accused.
However, no arrest was made till late night.
