Muslims protest against US Act

JAMMU, Sept 14: The members of Muslim community held protest demonstrations at various places here, today against the United States administration for making a film mocking Islam.
One demonstration was held by members of Shia Community in front of Peer Mitha Mosque. The protest was led by president Shia Federation Ashiq Hussian. The protestors strongly condemned the US Act and termed it the enemy of peace. They said US was the main terrorist which has tried to grab and have control over the smaller countries.
Accusing the US of trying to create unrest in world the Shia leaders said that the sentiments of Muslims have been hurt all over globe by this Act of US. Those who addressed the protestors included president and general secretary of Kargil Students Federation, Moulana Syed Badshah Hussain Alli Qazmi, Sheikh Ashiq Hussian, patron of the Federation, Tajamul Hussian and Manzoor Khan.
Another demonstration was held at Janipura under the chairmanship of Qari Zafar Iqbal Naqashbani, Khatib Imam Jamia Masjid Fatehpuri Paloura. Besides the Muslims at Jamia Masjid Ramzanpura, Jamia Masjid Sultanpura and Jamia Masjid Hyderpura also protested against the US administration. The Muslim leaders appealed the community members all over globe to join hands in their fight against US.
