PDP launches ‘Ghar Ghar Chalo Abhiyan’

JAMMU, Apr 12: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) has launched “Ghar Ghar Chalo Abhiyan” to spread the ideology, views and aims of the Ex-Chief Minister Late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed in the J&K especially Jammu Division.
This was stated by Geeta Thakur, Senior Leader, PDP Women Wing, during a press conference here today.
She stated that it was the utmost desire of Late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed to make J&K a prosperous and generous State, a self dependent and advanced in all the positive attitudes.
“Under this landmark programme, the leaders of PDP will visit each and every home in Jammu District to aware the masses about the ideas, achievements and goals of PDP”, she added.
She further disclosed that the PDP has always given upper hand to Jammu region to make it progressive at par with other regions of J&K and most of the progress was made only during the tenure of Ex-Chief Minister Late Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
She also said that Mehbooba Mufti has taken over as CM of J&K and has kept in mind the same motive of progress, equity and overall development in J&K.
Among others present were senior leader Anju Bhan, Madhu Gandotra, Bana Chib (Panch), Ritu Gondi, Manju Sharma, Sarla Sharma, Rashmi Sharma, Radhu, Neha Rajput, Usha Bali, Sushma Sawhney, etc.
