RAMBAN, Apr 12: On the directions of Deputy Commissioner Ramban, Bashir Ahmed Dar, anti encroachment drive was conducted by Tehsildar Khari Tanvir-Ul Majid who along with other enforcement agencies evicted 179 kanals of kacharai land in his tehsil from the illegal occupation of some people.
This is for the second time, Tehsildar Khari has succeeded in evicting 13 encroachers from the kacharai land. All of them are the resident of Tehsil Khari.
DC has also instructed other revenue officers to make similar efforts in the eviction of State and kacharai land wherever it is found under the illegal possession of any person.
