JAMMU, Apr 27: The Government today appointed Prof Amitabh Mattoo, former Vice Chancellor of the Jammu University as Advisor to Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti.
He will have the rank of Cabinet Minister.
Mattoo had earlier also served as Advisor to former Chief Minister and Mehbooba’s father Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
