SRINAGAR, May 3: Police have established a helpline named ‘Athruth’ for the general public of Pulwama and the students of the district studying outside State.
A police spokesman said the helpline will remain open 24×7 and anybody who finds himself in distress and need help from Pulwama police can call, message or communicate through WhatsApp on 8491942890.
“The helpline will make follow up calls to the concerned complainants for feedback till their grievances are resolved satisfactorily. Police will endeavor to address the genuine problems to the best of its abilities under prescribed rules and laws,” he said.
