SC grants time till May 6 to Centre to apprise feasibility of holding floor test in U’khand Assembly

NEW DELHI: SC grants time till May 6 to Centre to apprise it about the feasibility of holding floor test in U’khand Assembly.
I have conveyed the suggestion and have not received any instructions so far from Govt, AG Mukul Rohatgi to SC.
We have no objection if govt accepts SC suggestion, says counsel for sacked U’khand CM Harish Rawat. Hearing will commence on May 6 even if AG doesn’t apprise us about the Centre’s stand on its suggestion says SC.
We may consider sending the matter to Constitution bench
on May 6, says SC.
