Appointment of lecturers

Sir,
This has reference to JK Public Service Commission Advt Notice No. 09-PSC/DR-P) of 2016 Dated 19-3-2016, whereunder Lecturers 10+2, Schools have been brought under new Recruitment Policy vide SRO-202 of 2015. These lecturers will be paid Basic +Grade pay for a long period of five years. In other words, we can say that these Gazetted Officers will be worst even than the RET teachers, because the RET teachers had to serve in their respective village schools, but, those so called Lecturers will be very less paid to serve in most for off hard area Zone-III schools. This type of injustice will create serious problems in Higher Secondary structure of education, which prepares students for Medical, Engineering and Teaching professions. If a Lecturer will get about Rs 15000  pay, he will be the victim of inferiority complex and his financial position will disturb his family and social life with direct reaction on his teaching job. If other lower cadre employees will get more pay than a lecturer, what will the outcome of this arrangement ? Either the lecturer will lose interest in his teaching job or he will seek some other job in Revenue, Forest or Police Department. As a general principle, worldover, the teachers are given good grades but this down grading of school lecturers will destroy this concept of making good teachers. It is pertinent to mention here that the unjustified condition of compulsory service in Zone-III schools should be lifted because these posts belongs to the whole of J&K State and not from Zone-III schools. Moreover the females can not serve in these Zone-III schools for various reasons.
Yours etc…..
