SRINAGAR : A teenager was injured, when a grenade exploded near the site of Pulwama encounter, in which three Hizbul Mujahideen (HM) militants were killed early this morning by security forces.
Official sources said a large number of people tried to move towards the encounter site, when security forces declared all the three militants have been killed.
They said an unexploded grenade near the encounter site went off suddenly, in which Vakil Ahmad Wagay received splinter injuries. He has been admitted to hospital.
Additional security forces have been rushed to seal the encounter site to prevent people from going near it, the sources added. (AGENCIES)
