JAMMU, May 7: Jammu Tawi Sports Cricket Club is organizing 1st Jammu Junior Cricket Tournament in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Cricket Association (JKCA) at Science College Hostel ground from May 18.
According to a handout issued by organizing secretary, Shashi Paul, two teams will be formed and five 50-over matches will be played. The players will be from the age group of Under-14, Under-16 and Under-17 Boys.
Apart from the 50-over matches, two 2-day matches with 90-overs a day will also be played to hone the skill of budding cricketers.
Refreshment will be provided to the players by the organizers during the matches.
