Scrap new recruitment policy

Sir,
This is to draw the attention of the Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti towards new recruitment policy framed by the Government.
The present policy is not in  the interest of the unemployed, as it does not have such provisions as may attract youth. The policy has been framed, it seems to discourage GE youth from seeking Government jobs.
It may be mentioned here that the recruitment policy framed by the then Chief Minister Omar Abdullah led coalition Government was opposed by the People’s Democratic Party. Now when in office, it is its strong votary.
The probation period of five years is too long to get regularised. In the present scenario, when prices of essential commodities have gone through the roof,  it is impossible for a person to meet his needs at a paltry sum of Rs 6000.
Since the private industry has not flourished much in the State, there are no job avenues in  this sector. Entrepreurship  too has not received Government support. In this back drop, unemployed have to depend on Government jobs which are nowhere in sight.
Hope, the new recruitment policy is scrapped in the interest of unemployed who are getting frustrated with the system.
Yours etc…
