AMCCC meets Bali Bhagat

JAMMU, May 14: A delegation of All Migrants Camps Coordination Committee (AMCCC) met Health and Medical Education Minister, Bali Bhagat and Assistant Director Food Supplies and Relief Commissioner Migrants, Jammu and apprised them of their grievances.
The delegation discussed the issue of ration supply for migrants in camps and non-camps. The committee demanded the release of ration from the month of February/March as it was already discussed with Union Government in Delhi.
It was requested to Assistant Director Food Supply to visit all depots in camps so that the supply of ration will be smooth and on regular monthly basis.
The delegation also discussed with the Relief Commissioner the issue of new ration books.
The Assistant Director Food Supply assured that new ration books shall be issued within three days. He also assured for smooth supply and pending ration of March/ April to migrants within days.
